Delivery & Orders

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 72 hours. Depending on your country, delivery may take 8 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances, such as government-mandated measures, delivery times may be extended slightly.

Please note: Delivery times are provided as an estimate and are not a guaranteed commitment.


My order is not complete?

We partner with multiple suppliers and have several storage locations. Therefore, your order may arrive in separate packages. If you have not received all your items within 30 business days of placing your order, contact us at sales@allgoodsdepot.com for a full refund. You may also keep the items when they arrive.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly, often within 12 hours. To cancel or modify your order, email us at sales@allgoodsdepot.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your items will have been shipped, and we will no longer be able to make changes or cancellations.


The item I received is broken or defective?

While we carefully select reliable carriers, occasional damage can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email sales@allgoodsdepot.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, defective product, etc.)
  • Photos or a video of the issue

You will not need to return the product. We will refund your order amount in the form of a voucher. If you prefer another refund method, please let us know.
