At All Goods Depot, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • It is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@allgoodsdepot.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with:
  1. A return shipping label.
  2. Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, you can expect a refund within 7 business days. Please be aware that some financial institutions may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account. Defective or Damaged Products

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@allgoodsdepot.com with:
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product, including close-ups of the affected area.
  • Proof of purchase and delivery.
We will evaluate the issue promptly and ensure the problem is resolved.

Customer Remorse

If you wish to cancel or return an order due to a change of mind:
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be charged.

Incorrect Address

If you realize that an incorrect address was entered at checkout, please notify us immediately. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery address.
  • Refunds cannot be provided for products shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, contact us at sales@allgoodsdepot.com with:
  • The name and SKU number of the item you wish to exchange.
  • The name and SKU number of the new item you would like to receive.
